But I almost never raise preflop because I'm anxious my hand is not goping to be enough next. You are right, that's what I should have done.

hmm i think hands like KK or QQ have to be raisd pre flop otherwise to much hands limp into the pot and the danger that your pair is beaten is to big.

If you don´t raise hands like QQ-KK-AA pre-flop, you play it wrong you have to raise such hands pre-flop, and indeed raise it alot 3-5 times the blind atleast to get thoose Ax away, and thoose who like to call suited cards/"connectors" (can´t spell that), if you don´t raise things like that will happen very often, you see if you had raised the KK A3 would not have called you 99% sure - and you know the worst card you can see on the board with QQ-KK is an Ace, you simply don´t want to see that card´at all with that hand...

But I can tell you I´ve lost $45 today, never lost so much in 1 day before, I don´t even think I have ever lost $45 - and that hurt like hell I don´t even know how I´m gonna win ém back, I´m so confused right now, and so angry with meself, I don´t know what to do... When I started this morning I was at $134 now $91

Hang on my friend. I'm with you. I deposited $40 total, and I only have $10 left, so I have almost lost as much as you. A guy who can climb to $130 can sure make it back there with $90 left.

My advice is : stop playing for a week. To wash off this loss and then, when your play will no longer be influenced by that, just play one or two $1 tournaments, in order to get your poker sensations back and accurate. Then you'll slowly regain what you have lost.

This really is fucking crazy. After things like that keep hapenning, it just makes me go nuts when PKR pretend their ring is perfectly okay.
